Total Subscribers = MVNO clients × average subscribers per MVNO. Recurring Revenue = N × F + N × S × P. Onboarding Revenue = T × I. Monthly OPEX = O + N × C + N × S × V + T × J. Client Contribution = F − C + S × (P − V), excluding one-time onboarding fees. Break-even MVNO Clients = fixed platform OPEX ÷ client contribution, based on steady-state recurring contribution only. Payback is simulated month by month (new MVNO clients, subscriber growth, revenue and costs) until cumulative cash flow first covers the initial investment; if it is not covered within the forecast period, no payback month is shown.
